PHOTOGRAPHED BY OUR TEAMCare begins with
understanding.
We make rug cleaning easy. Pickup and return are free in every area we serve. We confirm a pickup time with you, roll and protect your rug for transport, and bring it back cleaned and wrapped, ready to place. Every step is handled with care, from your doorstep and back.
We discuss the condition, recommended treatment and expected outcome with you. The appropriate method is selected after inspection; not every treatment is suitable for every rug.
Pickup & Delivery in Brooklyn Heights
From Columbia Heights to Court Street, the building's entrance shapes a Brooklyn Heights pickup. A row house has a stoop and a front door of its own; an apartment house has a doorman or a super and sometimes a service entrance around the corner. Tell us which your building has, along with the floor and how large the rug is. There is no charge for pickup or return, and we settle on a time that suits the building's hours. The rug is rolled and wrapped before it leaves, and afterward it can go back down in the spot it came from. Across 1,264 residential buildings the entrance rules change from one to the next.
