PHOTOGRAPHED BY OUR TEAMCare begins with
understanding.
Pet accidents are one of the most common and challenging rug issues. Urine, in particular, penetrates deep into the pile, foundation, and even the floor beneath. Surface cleaning alone cannot resolve the problem. Our advanced enzyme-based treatments break down uric acid crystals, the source of lingering odor. Combined with deep sanitization and controlled drying, we address the stains and odors that surface cleaning leaves behind. We tell you before we start what can realistically improve.
We discuss the condition, recommended treatment and expected outcome with you. The appropriate method is selected after inspection; not every treatment is suitable for every rug.
Pet Stain & Odor Removal in DUMBO
Walk-ups and one and two family houses together hold 11 percent of homes in the DUMBO area, the brownstone rows of Boerum Hill among them, and where the floor under a rug is old wood, urine passes through the foundation and into the boards. Wood and foundation both hold the smell, and a rug that seems clean in winter can smell again in humid weather, because dried urine takes up moisture and gives off odor. Urine can also change dyes, and a color it has changed stays changed; we tell you where before we begin. Say how long the problem has lasted, and pick Stain and odor care under Care needed.
