Beautifully cared for.
Tudor and Arts and Crafts houses on the hillside streets of Lawrence Park and around the village, a short train ride from Grand Central. We collect at the door anywhere in the village and bring each rug home cleaned.

in Bronxville.
Bronxville is a small village of 2,442 homes, by the U.S. Census Bureau's count. Buildings of ten or more homes hold 48 percent of them, near the train station and the village center, while single family houses hold 41 percent, from the hillside houses of Lawrence Park to the Tudor streets around the center. Buildings of two to nine homes make up 11 percent. Owners live in 84 percent of homes, so most of the village's apartments are owned rather than rented. Buildings finished before 1940 hold 70 percent of homes, which puts the village's median year built at 1939 or earlier.
Close to half of Bronxville's homes are in apartment buildings of ten or more, many of them prewar co-ops with a superintendent and set hours for vendors, so note those hours, along with the super's name, under Building access. In a house in Lawrence Park or on the streets around the village center, give the floor and the door to use, and mention a steep drive or a long flight of steps from the street, since some lots sit well above the road.
