We make rug cleaning easy. Pickup and return are free in every area we serve. We confirm a pickup time with you, roll and protect your rug for transport, and bring it back cleaned and wrapped, ready to place. Every step is handled with care, from your doorstep and back.
We discuss the condition, recommended treatment and expected outcome with you. The appropriate method is selected after inspection; not every treatment is suitable for every rug.

On the Upper East Side the building usually shapes the plan more than the rug does. Sixty percent of homes here are in elevator buildings and about a third are co-ops, where house rules often name a service entrance, the hours of the service elevator and a doorman who signs vendors in. Put those rules, the floor and the rug's size on your pickup tag and we arrange the visit to fit. A fifth of homes are walk-ups; tell us the floor and how narrow the stairs are. Pickup and delivery are free, and when the rug returns we can put it back in place.
