PHOTOGRAPHED BY OUR TEAMCare begins with
understanding.
We make rug cleaning easy. Pickup and return are free in every area we serve. We confirm a pickup time with you, roll and protect your rug for transport, and bring it back cleaned and wrapped, ready to place. Every step is handled with care, from your doorstep and back.
We discuss the condition, recommended treatment and expected outcome with you. The appropriate method is selected after inspection; not every treatment is suitable for every rug.
Pickup & Delivery in Washington Heights and Inwood
On the hills of Washington Heights and Inwood, parking near the door is not always possible, and a rug may be carried part of a block, which is why it leaves the apartment rolled and wrapped. Elevator buildings and condominiums hold 56 percent of homes here and walk-ups 42 percent, so most visits involve some stairs or an older elevator. Tell us the floor and the rug's size when you book. Collection and delivery cost nothing; before the rug comes back, clear the spot where it lay so it can go straight down again.
