Arrange a pickup
PHOTOGRAPHED BY OUR TEAMCare begins with
understanding.
We make rug cleaning easy. Pickup and return are free in every area we serve. We confirm a pickup time with you, roll and protect your rug for transport, and bring it back cleaned and wrapped, ready to place. Every step is handled with care, from your doorstep and back.
We discuss the condition, recommended treatment and expected outcome with you. The appropriate method is selected after inspection; not every treatment is suitable for every rug.
Pickup & Delivery in the West Village
From Abingdon Square to the blocks near the Hudson, West Village pickups are planned around the stair: in a walk-up, 39 percent of homes here, tell us the floor and whether a long rug can make the turns. We agree a time with you, and the rug is rolled and wrapped inside your home before it leaves. If furniture stands on the rug, we can move it. There is no charge for either trip, and on the return we carry the rug up, unroll it and put it back where it lay, under its furniture.
