We make rug cleaning easy. Pickup and return are free in every area we serve. We confirm a pickup time with you, roll and protect your rug for transport, and bring it back cleaned and wrapped, ready to place. Every step is handled with care, from your doorstep and back.
We discuss the condition, recommended treatment and expected outcome with you. The appropriate method is selected after inspection; not every treatment is suitable for every rug.

From Tompkins Square to Delancey Street, most pickups here start at a stair: in a walk-up, two in five homes here, we carry the rug down by hand, so tell us about any part of the stair where a long roll will not fit. We agree a day and time with you, and on that day the rug is rolled and wrapped where it lies, with furniture moved off it if needed. Pickup and delivery are free, and the rug is carried back up the same way and laid in its place, under the bed or table if that is where it was.
